Edgewise winding is an advanced technical solution for high-frequency applications. This technology makes it possible to reduce parasitic capacitance, improve heat dissipation and optimize EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) performance, helping to reduce electromagnetic interference and increase component reliability.
This technology is particularly suitable for the manufacture of transformers, inductors and power electronics components, where high electrical performance is required. The specific conductor geometry ensures optimized and uniform cooling, thanks to a more homogeneous current distribution and more efficient use of the conductor cross-section.
Thanks to the high level of automation in our production processes, we also manufacture edgewise windings on a contract basis for magnetic components and industrial electric motors, providing complete windings and additional operations such as bending and finishing of output terminals.
